Are Vayda Organics products made with Certified Organic ingredients?

Our products are made with Certified Organic ingredients by the ACO standard. Our full ingredient lists are on each individual product page for you to view.

Are Vayda Organics Products Australian Made?

Absolutely! All our products are Australian made.

 What countries do Vayda Organics ship to?

We ship Australia wide and also to New Zealand. We currently do not ship to any other countries. Postage will be calculated at checkout for all New Zealand orders. Please be advised that Vayda Organics does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the selected country’s Government, nor will we accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in selected country. If this is a concern, we do advise that you check your country's import regulations before purchasing as we do not accept change of mind returns.

What shipping carriers do you use?

All products are shipped via Australia Post. Once sent, you will receive your tracking number via email. We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders and a flat rate of $5.00 AUD for express shipping. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout for all international orders.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. All orders are then sent via Australia Post. Depending on your location within Australia this may take an additional 1-5 business days (estimation only). International orders vary but are an estimated 4-8 business days. Please advise that this timeframe may vary during peak times or events such as public holidays and Christmas.

How can I track my order?

Once Australia Post has processed your order, you will be sent a tracking number via email.

Can I return my order?

You will be entitled to a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem or is significantly different to what you have ordered. No change of mind exchanges or refunds will be offered so please choose carefully. We take every care possible when posting our products but do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items.

Are your products pregnancy safe?

Always consult your GP or Midwife before using any products containing essential oils when pregnant. All products can be used after childbirth, however while breast feeding we do not recommend using the oils on the breast area as our products are not designed to be ingested orally.

What sizes do you stock?

We stock Women's Australian sizes 8-16.

If my size is out of stock, will you get more in?

This depends on if we are restocking that particular garment. You will have the option to leave your email address and we will contact you if we have a restock.

Can I return my garment if it doesn't fit?

Yes, you have 21 days to contact us if you are needing to return your garment. Please refer to our Refunds & Returns Policy for further details.

Can I use AfterPay or ZipPay on your new clothing?

Yes, you have the option to use either AfterPay or ZipPay on all items on our online store.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship throughout Australia and New Zealand.
